Cu 15-30 de minute inainte de antrenament. Daca iti este foame si nu stii ce sa mananci cu putin timp inainte de sala, mizeaza pe o gustare simpla si sanatoasa. Indreapta-ti atentia spre un aliment care nu contine mai mult de 25 de grame de carbohidrati. Spre exemplu, consuma o lingura de stafide deshidratate (nu confiate) ori o banana mica.
